Andrew Woglom joined our firm in 2004 and is responsible for supporting all of our leveraged buyout activities. He previously spent two years with Tri-Artisan Partners, a New York-based merchant banking firm, providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services and executing principal investment transactions in the manufacturing, consumer products and marketing services industries. From 2000 to 2002, he worked in the Natural Resources Investment Banking group for Lehman Brothers in New York. Woglom holds a B.A. degree in Economics from Yale University.
