Michael Kennedy joined our firm in 1998 and currently provides strategic leadership in Human Resources and Real Estate across all of our portfolio companies and prospective acquisitions. Kennedy has played a lead post-acquisition role with two portfolio holdings, where he worked directly with the CEO’s to implement broad initiatives in senior level recruiting, development and implementation of policy, and organization evaluation and improvement. He plays a key role in reviewing and setting policy in all holdings regarding personnel practice, compensation matters, benefits, and employee development.

Kennedy was previously a Brand Manager for Profile Products. He also held sales positions with Pitney Bowes and ADP, and began his career with Intel Corporation.

Kennedy currently serves on the Boards of the Denver Area Council Boy Scouts of America, ACE Scholarship Fund, and Colorado Uplift. He served in the United States Marines for four years, and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
