Stephen Largan brings extensive operational and managerial experiences to our firm that is utilized in enhancing the disciplines and practices of our M&A activities, as well as our portfolio operations. Largan recently served as President of MacDermid, Inc., a Denver-based public corporation comprised of several diverse industrial specialty chemical businesses. MacDermid supplies products used in electronic circuit boards, printing, offshore drilling, and other industrial applications. While also at MacDermid, he served as the corporation's Vice President Finance and as President of its Printing Solutions division. Prior to joining MacDermid, Stephen held roles with the Ford Motor Company and Northern Foods PLC in the U.K.

Largan's extensive operational and managerial experiences will be utilized in enhancing the disciplines and practices within our current and future portfolio companies, in supporting the evaluation of future deal targets and industries, and in developing future direct investment opportunities.

Largan completed the Executive Program in Management from the Anderson Business School at UCLA and holds an MBA from the University of Wales Manchester Business School in the U.K.
