Since 1998, Thomas Loftus has led the leveraged buyout activities for our firm. Previously he was the Director of Business Development for American Medserve Corporation (AMC), a consolidator of institutional pharmacies and a portfolio company of Golder, Thoma, Cressey and Rauner. After joining AMC in 1996, he participated in over 15 acquisitions, AMC’s initial public offering and the sale of the company to the industry leader. From 1989 to 1996, Loftus worked for Ernst & Young in Chicago, where he served as a manager in their Mergers and Acquisitions group. His experience at Ernst & Young included advisory services to both financial and strategic buyers on over 25 leveraged buyout transactions in a wide range of industries. Loftus is currently a representative to the Board of Environmental StoneWorks. He is a CPA and holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame. |
